About Julie Seitz
In her 16 years at The Coca-Cola Company, Julie Seitz has honed an exceptional talent for successfully managing complex, large-scale businesses and projects. In her current role as Director, Workplace 2020, Julie is leading a team to re-imagine and renovate the Coca-Cola Atlanta headquarters campus into a state-of-the-art workplace that reflects the vibrancy and integrity of the world’s best-loved brands and to define the future of our workplace globally. Julie has served the Company in leadership roles in foodservice, national sales, business planning, channel marketing, marketing operations, Olympics general management, customer service and supply chain. In her last position as Director, Supply Chain Management in Venturing and Emerging Brands, Julie led a group responsible for the commercialization of leading-edge, innovative products and packages. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Julie worked for IBM in systems engineering, sales and sales management, managing relationships with customers such as Coca-Cola Enterprises and Delta Air Lines.
In 2011, she served as President, Women’s Linc, a 3,400 member Business Resource group representing the women of Coca-Cola, and is now their Senior Advisor.
Julie serves on the Georgia Board of Youth Villages and the Student Affairs Advisory Board of Clemson University. She is proud to be in the 2013 class of Leadership Atlanta. Julie speaks to industry groups on the future of the workplace and enjoys career mentoring.
Julie graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Mathematical Sciences.
